Centerplace Guesthouse has been providing high quality budget accommodation in Chiang Mai for more than 16 years.
We are a Northern Thai (Lanna) family who has lived in the Chiang Mai area for two generations. We enjoy welcoming guests visiting Chiang Mai with warmth as our friends and family, in true Northern Thai hospitality.

Here are some of the activities you can enjoy in and around Chiang Mai.
Elephant riding, rafting, hiking and treks around the many national parks in the region.
Or for something really different, you could try rappelling down a cliff face, visiting a hill tribe village or seeing the famous Mae Sa Elephant show where elephants are artists and play soccer. During your stay you could train in the sport of Muay Thai, learn the secrets of Thai massage, take a Thai cookery course or indulge yourself in one of our many 5 star spas.
